Offers monthly educational programs, support meetings and newsletters for families and others involved with Alzheimer’s Disease victims.

Offers specialized training for professionals on Alzheimer’s disease.

Provides information on resources for Alzheimer’s Disease victims and their families. Referrals to adult day care, respite care and research programs are available.

*“How to Cope” families: Provides information on care-giving planning, appropriate resources and techniques to better manage the person with Alzheimer’s at home.

Offers a respite program for the caregivers of Alzheimer’s patients in conjunction with Area Agencies on Aging; specialized training for respite providers.

Offers financial assistance, information and counseling to family caregivers home health agencies, day care centers and short-term residential care for Alzheimer’s.

Provides community education on Alzheimer’s through a Speaker’s Bureau, resource library and audio visual materials. Offers Medical ID bracelet .
