Description

Showers of Blessing - provides an opportunity to shower, a change of cloths and meal for homeless neighbors every Wednesday from 8:00AM - 11:00AM in St. Charles County.

Residents are eligible to apply for assistance with paying their utility bills every Tuesday during office hours 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Applicants must apply in person and they will need to show photo ID and their utility bull with them. Offers gasoline assistance to eligible persons once a month, on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
